Digital Housekeeper has been and continues to be a very good tool for us. It is user friendly. It keeps all information such as room information, staff information, assignments and schedules in one program which is accessible on site or off site. Each module pulls together and interacts well to prevent duplicate entry of same information. It provides excellent reports for scheduling and training staff on new assignments. I can not say enough about the customer support. They are always available by phone or email and quick to assist with questions, concerns and enhancements if possible.

I have used Digital Housekeeper for many years and it’s been a tremendous help to me in explaining the staffing needs of the Environmental Services department to Administration and or Finance. Having a quality EVS software program that codes each room, identifies the number of fixtures, finish types, frequencies of service and times to accomplish the work is priceless to me. Building balanced work assignment that can be explained to the front line up to executives is extremely important as well as budgetary responsibilities. DH gives you the ability to assign inspections, pull up individual cleaning assignments by the minute, schedule staff days on and off and so much more. The use of the software program is easy to use and if there were any questions or problems Steve and Joseph are both extremely easy to get a hold of and in the rare occasion you have to leave a message they get right back to you.
